Meet Monecia Hill whom has over  20+ years of behavioral health experience working primarily with SMI Adults and Substance Use Disorders.  "I chose this field to give back to my community and work to create change in our mental health system." Monecia provides Quality management services along with  group and individual counseling for Dunker Enterprise as a Masters level BHT. She has the ability to complete intake assessments, facilitate group and individual counseling and has ample experience with substance abuse, mental health, group homes and outpatient treatment centers.
