 Alisa Dunker, MAPC, LPC, CCBT, NCC

Founder & Clinical Coordinator


Meet Alisa Dunker! Alisa is an LPC with over 14 years of behavioral health experience, including successfully owning her own group homes for five years, providing expertise in AHCCCS/ADHS, contracts and a wide range of experience in the behavioral health field including hospital settings, PHP, residential, schools, outpatient, and rehab facilities. Alisa is a certified cognitive behavioral therapist specializing in trauma, grief, codependency, Integrated healthcare, clinical training, group and individual counselling, substance abuse, compliance, policies and procedures, inspections, and more. Alisa enjoys helping others achieve their goals and turning dreams into reality!

Elisha Cole

Chief of Operations

Elisha is the backbone of operations with over a year of experience in the behavioral health field and bachelor's degree in psychology. Providing insight on operations and functionality of group homes and group home consultation. Elisha is skilled in attention to detail, organization, and administration. With knowledge of curriculum, policies and procedures, and quality management, Elisha is driven to help you build your program and achieve SUCCESS!


Vaun Williams

Psy.D., LPC

Vaun Williams earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2005, from Arizona State University.  She completed her Master's Degree in 2011 from the University of Phoenix and is licensed as a Professional Counselor.  She earned her doctoral degree from Capella University in 2017.  Ms. Williams has worked in the Behavioral Health field for approximately 20 years.  She has worked with children, the homeless population, the domestic violence population, private practice, and more recently, with the addiction population.  She specializes in trauma therapy and is Certified in EMDR treatment.  She is close to also becoming an Approved Consultant with EMDRIA.  In addition to working with various populations, she has also been in management for the past 15 years.  She has supervised all walks of life and those who are seeking independent licensure.  Lastly, she has worked with various diagnoses ranging from anxiety, depression, mood related disorders, trauma related disorders, and personality disorders. 

Amayha Diaz

Project Manager

While Amayha is new and upcoming in the field, she has one year of experience in behavioral health. Providing a variety of skills, with her ability to problem solve consistently and efficiently with attention to detail while being a fast learner. Amayha strives to provide you with quality materials to keep your group home running efficiently.

Jennifer Govan


She has over 20 years of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents in a mental health and substance abuse setting and 8 years of experience as a Manager in a Crisis Intake department at a large behavioral health facility that provides services for both addiction/detox and mental health issues. She provided counseling services for both inpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care at Calvary Addiction Recovery Center. Jennifer has worked in group home settings for many years and vast experience working with chemical dependency, psychiatric, and co-occurring issues. Jennifer is competent in providing efficient and effective individual, group, and family therapy. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral therapy as a means to promote healthy lifestyle changes.

Monica Lee


Meet Monica! She is a licensed associate counselor who has been in the field of behavioral health for the past decade! She's chosen to work in this field as she believes everyone deserves to be on the path of growth and success. Not a day goes by that she doesn't strive to meet her clients where they are. In addition to providing clinical oversight, her forte is in crisis counseling. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family or in the gym. 

Vonecia Hill


Vonecia has been in  the mental health field for over 20 years and loves to help people become their true selves. She aims to provide an open space for her clients to express themselves and the opportunity to shed their shell with evidence-based approaches. Her areas of focus include, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, grief, and self-esteem. Vonecia treats adults and families using solution focused therapy. Vonecia holds an Associates degree in Counseling from Ottawa University. The majority of her experience involves working with people who have experienced anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, sexual assault, and domestic violence. She also has extensive experience with group therapy, as well as working in Clinical leadership. Vonecia is more than prepared to offer your group home the very best experience for you and your clients!

Erica Reveron


Erica is a vital component to your Recovery program. With over 10 years of experience, she leaves a lasting impact on your clients. Erica provides clinical oversight, individual and group counseling and clinical training. With a Master's degree in professional counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Erica has the tools and experience to provide professional, effective and efficient counseling to your clients. She is passionate in her work and has experience with different walks of life such as children, adolescents, and adults, streaming from substance abuse to trauma. Every day she has the chance and the drive to change anyone's life for the better.


Nicole Rogers


Say hello to Nicole! She is a passionate and committed behavioral health professional with years of experience in several different fields. With a wealth of knowledge handling both SMI and GMH clients, she has the tools to help your clients succeed throughout life. Not only has she had hands on experience with clients but also has the skill to teach those willing to learn about the mental health field. She offers many tips and tricks to interacting with clients on a regular basis. Although Nicole is new to the team, she wears many hats from management to individual and group counseling.

Arielle Blackburn


Arielle is a professional, recovery-oriented mental health professional with hands-on experience in the field. She's worked with several different populations. Arielle offers a versatile portfolio with more than enough knowledge and skills to give your clients the help they need to re-integrate into society. Arielle knows which tools to use and how to use them to offer your program a different method to working with different populations. She has a huge heart and passion for helping others become the best they can be!


Nancy Kilgore


Nancy has a BA in psychology, sociology and social work.  She earned her MSW in 2020 from Arizona State University. Specializing in trauma, she believes that people are impacted by their environment. She is trained in EMDR, and has a wealth of knowledge and experience working with people overcoming addiction.  Nancy has enjoyed working with SMI and GMH clientele.


Kristy Babbitt


Kristy is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her Licensed Associate Counseling certification in 2016 and her Licensed Professional Counseling certification in 2019. She has worked with the substance abuse and co-occurring disorders population since 2015; primarily working with community behavioral health clinics. She currently has her own counseling practice, aiding anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, stress, and other issues.
